Q) How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?

Boxogoboxer.com process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 48 hours, except for item(s) under BACKORDER. You can decide to ship together or separately when checkout if your order consists of both in-stock & backorder item(s). Delivery timeframe is just an estimation and may take longer especially during peak season / outskirt area.

You'll expected to receive your parcel within the next 3 working days. 

Your dispatch email will include a tracking number and you will be able to track the progress of your parcel.

Delivery attempts will be made up to three times, upon which, parcels will be returned to Boxogoboxer.com if the 3rd delivery attempt is unsuccessful.
